Meridian is managed by its Partners: Michael Connor, Michael Mordas, and Rene Beauregard, Jr.

Since 1993 Mike has fostered Meridian's development into a premier consulting firm, leading the development of our proprietary Readiness Quotient™ program, our proprietary ValueMetrics™ program, and our Excelerate™ Change Management methodology.

Prior to starting Meridian Mike was a partner with Echelon Consulting, a process improvement consultancy; was founder and Managing Director of Charlesbank Ventures, a consultancy specializing in the commercialization of new technologies; and was a founding member of PriceWaterhouse's Strategic Consulting practice.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Virginia and a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He has published extensively in such journals as The Journal of Business Strategy, The Harvard Management Review, and Directorship. He is the co-author of The New SAP Blue Book: A Concise Business Guide To The World of SAP.

Michael Mordas
Mike Mordas offers over twenty-one years of experience developing and leading programs in the areas of business strategy, technology strategy, process improvement, and organizational change. He is based in Boston and has been with Meridian since 2002.

Before joining Meridian Mike was EVP for business development and professional services for Oco, Inc., an emerging software-as-services company providing Enterprise Performance Management solutions.

Prior to Oco Mike was the Chief Relationship Officer responsible for alliance partnerships, program offerings, and client relationships at Breakaway Solutions. Mike joined Breakaway when Breakaway purchased Eggrock Partners, a leading e-business systems integration and ASP consulting company that Mike co-founded in 1998.

Prior to founding Eggrock Mike was a Vice President at Cambridge Technology Partners, where he was responsible for the Money Management and Trading Group, delivering technology solutions to the capital markets, and was the Chief Information Officer for 440 Financial, a back office service provider and mutual fund distributor for banks.

Mike started his career with Andersen Consulting, attaining the position of Senior Manager in their New York and Boston offices.

Mike holds a B.S.E. in Systems Engineering from Princeton University.

Rene Beauregard, Jr.
Rene Beauregard offers fifteen years experience leading ERPP, business transformation and organizational change management projects. He is based in Philadelphia and has been with the firm since 1998. Rene leads some of Meridian's largest ERP/organizational change management projects like Newport News Shipbuilding, Honeywell (Allied Signal), West Pharmaceutical Services, Munich Reinsurance and Lucent Technologies. Most recently, he led a twelve month SAP HR/Payroll implementation as program manager that went live on time and was under budget.

Rene was a key member on the team that helped form a strategic alliance with the world's top selling enterprise resource planning vendor - SAP, and led the Meridian Consulting team that worked with SAP to integrate Meridian's organizational change methodology into the Accelerated SAP methodology.

Prior to joining Meridian, Rene was a Senior Consultant with A. T. Kearney; one of SAP America's first North American Human Resources Applications Consultants; and a compensation analyst with British Aerospace.

Rene holds a Master of Human Organization Sciences, Human Resources Development from Villanova University, where he remains an adjunct faculty member, and a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
