Michael Connor founded Meridian in Seattle, Washington on January 1, 1993. A veteran of numerous consulting firms, big and small, Mike wanted to build a firm that did great work, created trusting relationships, and lacked the self-importance and hierarchy of traditional consulting firms.
Meridian moved to Boston, Massachusetts in 1996 and from that point forward hit its stride. We began our change management practice and supported our first large-scale ERP implementation that year.
