Meridian Consulting LLC
History
Michael Connor founded Meridian in Seattle, Washington on January 1, 1993. A veteran of numerous consulting firms, big and small, Mike wanted to build a firm that did great work, created trusting relationships, and lacked the self-importance and hierarchy of traditional consulting firms.

Meridian moved to Boston, Massachusetts in 1996 and from that point forward hit its stride. We began our change management practice and supported our first large-scale ERP implementation that year.

We've enjoyed a succession of milestones since 1996, including:

April 1996 Begin delivering our Readiness Quotient methodology
February 1997 Opened our satellite office in Philadelphia, PA
November 1998 Meridian (UK) Ltd. Incorporated. Opened office in London, UK
December 1998 SAP AG releases the first ASAP Roadmap containing Meridian's Change Management methodology
January 1999 SAP AG releases the first Global ASAP Roadmap containing Meridian's Change Management methodology
February 2000 Meridian KnowledgeBase (MKBase) launched. Currently hosts over 5 Gb of proprietary methodologies and industry studies
September 2002 AMR Research names Meridian Consulting the premier provider of IT Productivity services
